Delete my account

Kubbord gives each install an anonymous account. Deleting it removes, from our server: your account and Kubbord ID, your cook name and your "18 or older" confirmation, your recipes (private and shared) with their photos, every recipe link you shared (the page then says the recipe is no longer shared), the recipes you pinned to the board and the favourites you showed on your card, the dish photos you shared (from every recipe they were on) with their hearts, the hearts you gave and the photos you reported, your ratings and comments, your Community questions and answers and your appeals, any private messages and message requests from before October 2026, the cooks you follow or blocked, your reports, the email address your kitchen notes went to (and the record of which days one was sent), your "I cooked this" records, your badges and mailbox, your food-list corrections and receipt lines, the recipe changes you suggested (and your name on any recipe's credit and history), your place in a shared kitchen (the kitchen stays for the others, without your name in its history; if you were the last one in it, it is deleted with everything in it), your scan counts and your subscription record. A change of yours that is already on a shared recipe stays part of that recipe, no longer linked to you. Everything stored on your phone is removed when you uninstall Kubbord or clear its data.

In the app

On the You tab, open the settings drawer, then Privacy & your data, then Delete my account. You'll be asked once to confirm.

Without the app

Email hello@kubbord.com with the subject "Delete my account" and your Kubbord ID (shown at the bottom of Settings). If you no longer have the app and don't know your ID, tell us roughly when you last used it and any nickname you used, and we'll do our best to find it. We delete within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we keep

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Kubbord Plus subscription; cancel it in Google Play, Payments and subscriptions.
